Have you every thought about becoming a VA (Virtual Assistant)?

So Ive been thinking about becoming a  virtual assistant but the fact is that this is a  new up and coming  field and everyone is about to start doing this if they have a Administrative background which I have. One other thing is its not a hourly job its on a project basis when you first start and the money isn't constant If you don't find enough people to want to work with you. Would it be worth 18 hour days just to have you own business I think so because in the in when all the hard work is done, you have a business and you are going to have the financial freedom you always wanted.
